We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you're running late to your appointment please contact your stylist directly-- if you're going to end up being 15 minutes late or more we may have to reschedule or do a lesser service with the time allotted.
